50%
deposit will be required to confirm your booking. Please indicate your
guarantee preferences on the attached page and fax or e-mail it back to
us by details given below. Should we receive no response toward your booking’s
guarantee, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation at which time
you will be advised in writing.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: Cancellation
must be done in writing. Please see below as the following charges apply
in case of cancellation of booking: For cancellation within 7 days (28
days in Peak season) of expected arrival date, guests will be liable for
50% of the full accommodation costs should we be unable to re-let.
EARLY
DEPARTURE: Guests
will be liable for accommodation costs for full period booked unless we
are able to re-let the rooms for period not taken.
GROUP
BOOKING CANCELLATION: Less
than 30 days prior to arrival - 25% of total due Less than 14 days prior
to arrival – 50% of total due Less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100%
of total due Peak season group cancellation:- Less than 30 days prior to
arrival – 100% of total due
NO
SHOW POLICY: A
no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by
fax or e-mail to the Guesthouse. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee
of the full amount of stay will apply.
CHILD
POLICY: Children
are welcome. Children under 4 stay free of charge.
